Both the office staff and the two technicians we've had, our main one Denis, and James have been very friendly, technically knowledgeable, and exceptionally accommodating to our needs. We have a complete annual service package but with exterior interlock, we have had the usual ant problems. While no company will warranty exterior extermination, this company has exceeded our expectations without any surcharges for extended service calls. There is a true caring for the customer throughout the company from the products they use, the knowledge about it to share with their customers, and the technique utilized for application. This is not the first company we have used but most likely, it will be our last – almost definitely – there is no need to seek elsewhere should this exemplary customer service attitude continue.
