The technician was extremely friendly and helpful and arrived right on time. He took plenty of time to show me exactly where the treatments have been applied and I couldn’t of been more pleased with this particular technician.
The only reason this is not a five star review is that the company did not warn me about the danger of headaches from the chemical smell that lingered for more than a day. It was my understanding that the chemicals sealed inside the wood beams would not have any exposure to me. Apparently that was wrong and I think all customers need to be informed of that risk
