Not long at all - we've only had one service so far, but Art has been fabulous. We wanted to start a yearly pest control service so we were looking the big ones - American Pest, Orkin, Terminix,etc. I read a great review online about Arterix and called them up. The lady I spoke to was wonderful- not pushy at all and trying to upsell you with a bunch of services. She had Art give me a call the next day. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions - when they would come, how it would work, etc. It's been a great experience so far, and not to mention more affordable!
