Our tech arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and pleasant. He thouroghly explained what he was doing. The only reason we wouldn't rate the service as 5 stars is because we just had the technician out a few days ago and can't completely confirm the results yet. So far, so good! The 60 day warranty is a plus!
