I was not very happy with the guy that came to service me. He was not very professional. I saw a spider while he was there and asked him to get it. It made some kind of remark that made me feel like he was joking me. When I made a comment to him that that was not nice. He told me him treated his mom worst than that. The spider was on the bottom of the screen door. I was pointing to it and all he kept saying was he couldn't see it. He finally saw it and killed it. I am really afraid of spiders and don't appreciate his attitude. I asked him to spray around the door and he said he couldn't spray over 3 ft from the ground. He told me he couldn't guarantee he could get all the bug otherwise he wouldn't have a job.
