They were very flexible with their scheduling and came promptly within the time frame we had finally selected. I was given very specific instructions on how to prepare for the treatment which required everyone, including pets to be out of the house for 4 hours. The technician was concerned for our safety and waited several minutes until my 3 year old granddaughter could be removed form the house. I am very please with their work and consideration for their customers.
