We have been extremely pleased with the services we've received from Innovative Pest Management. Each technician who has been to our house has been thorough and professional. They explain what they propose to do about a problem and why, and they do exactly what they say they will. The office staff is also great at giving advance notice as to scheduling. We decided to sign up for an annual contract to make it easier for me as I don't have to remember to call and schedule visits. I think this is the 3rd pest management company we've tried, and they are by far the best.
