Thank you for asking...someone dropped the ball. We are the home owners, we approved a termite inspection of our home that we rent. When I spoke with your rep on the phone giving the approval I made it very clear I would like communication regarding the inspection and finding to be with me, not my tenant. I was assured that I would be contacted with the results. But NO, my tenant called me with the report and said you were going to email it to her and she would forward it to me. It's really not my tenants place for receive the report and recommendations, it's mine! It's my house and I will be paying for the service, and because I specifically asked it not go through the tenant and you ignored that, I'm not at all happy! Laura Lang
PS I can't speak regarding the technician, Jason as I wasn't there and I assume it was someone else's responsibility to communicate the instructions to him.
