The technician was prompt and courteous, and the office staff treated me respectfully and professionally. That said, I'm puzzled by the way they handled my bee infestation. I was quoted $175 to deal with bees that had taken up residence inside of the wall of my storage closet attached to my house. The technician sprayed pesticides and sealed up the holes that bees could use for entry using silicone caulk. No one ever suggested I should be concerned about honey comb inside the wall or ceiling, or quoted me a price to deal with it. My father-in-law suggested that I needed to have someone investigate and if necessary remove the comb from in the wall. I called another local pest control company and they quoted me $150 to treat chemically, and $25 per/15 minutes to remove the comb, with a minimum of 30 minutes. When I read online about bee removal from inside the wall of a structure, pretty much everything states the comb must be removed or it will damage the structure, AND the bees will return (caulk or not.) I called the technician Bill and spoke to him about my concerns, and he seemed reluctant to address whether or not the comb needed to be removed. He volunteered to go back by and check it out to be sure the bees were gone, and told me he would call me the next day. I have received no phone call (so far) but he did send me a second invoice, stating that he sprayed additional pesticides.

Do I need to have the comb removed? What do they charge for such a service? I don't know, and I'm not sure why they haven't been able to answer my questions.

I'm not sure who might be reading this review, but I feel it is a fair and accurate account of my experience. I hate to give them a poor rating, but if I am forced to hire a second company to remove the comb, then I believe Rigo Pest will deserve the rating I've given.
