Not thrilled that im.suppsed to be given 24 hrs notice before service so I can make sure my dogs are locked up in the house during service. My husband and I both work and travel for work. If we are not home we are not getting the full service, we have video evidence of this and it is not noted on the paperwork they leave behind.
