I have a yearly contract which I like because when I have problems they come immediately. They always solve whatever problem I am having - even the dead mouse hatching flies! They are good about sending card when coming so that I can leave the house with instructions - the people who come are often the same and that is good. I would have put 5 stars but I do not comparison shop - I am sticking with a good job even if it might be more expensive that some others - I like the people!
