i have had Pest Bear for well over a year. My plants are sprayed for mold and disease. They look great. My lawn contains many weeds and has has bare spots. Weeds continue to invade and are a constant problem. My neighbors use a different service that seems to keep a handle on the weeds. I can't rate Fred as my technician as I did not see his work or his results yet from spraying two days ago. I had to put in a response for Fred but I have nothing to go on yet so he gets an average.
