Miller has always been fantastic. We buy and restore homes and I try to give home buyers as much peace of mind for the lowest price to them in the future. Miller's treatment price (which we have used due to previous damage without evidence of current live termites) is the best treatment for the lowest price for us as sellers. But even more importantly, their monitor/warranty program is $85/yr cheaper for the buyer to continue year after yr. It is $150/yr for the buyer to maintain it, and if there is ever termites found, they treat with no additional cost. They have more than one program, so we give our buyers the choice. Miller makes it easy, fast, and although no one likes to pay for it, affordabe to give our buyers peace of mind during the stressful times of buying a house.
