We have been with Home Paramount since July 2016, when we called them in a panic after discovering we had brought home bed bugs from a recent trip. Rosalind, the "Bed Bug Advisor", was very knowledgeable - which helped us to remain calm during the arduous prep work required for bed bug treatment. Our technician, Chris, has exceeded all our expectations, during our bed bug treatment period and now as our regular technician. Chris has taken the time to get to know our family, which makes all the difference in our comfort level in allowing him access to all areas of our home. He is unfailingly polite and kind, and he relates well with our children and with our pets. He answers all our questions clearly and succinctly, and responds to concerns quickly and with an assurance that comes only with experience and knowledge. Chris has absolutely earned 5 stars!
