they do a good examination and note any areas of concern regarding water/dry rot damage. So far so good on the termites as we have seemingly not had any since they started their annual service 4 years ago!
One area I'd like to see them handle is actually fixing the above noted issues with a cost effective solution. Sometimes there is minor work and they could have a great customer service if they could actually fix it when a customer needs the work done.
other than that, I'd recommend them.
