I have no issue with the service we received, however the customer service representative who called to collect payment was extremely rude. Apparently there had been an issue is contacting us regarding follow up service and receiving payment. Other than emails with Kristi, which were very pleasant, I don't recall any contact to arrange for service/ pay,ent. And never received any bill except for the one sent by Kristi which I remitted with a check within 3 days (delayed due to the Labor Day holiday) The credit card on file was not accurate and I choose to mail payment. The young lady who called was quite bothered by the fact I had mailed payment and insinuated that the account was delinquent and several attempts had been made to collect. And that in the future we arrange to be home when the technician will be out if we will be paying by check. Which would be fine except that we are not given any notification prior to service. We have been customers for several years and have never problems paying or have been late in a payment. It is unfortunate that one representative can cause such an unpleasant experience and opinion of your company.
