I do not believe the French drain I was told I needed in my crawl space and was told was being installed is what I have. I contacted a building contractor friend I have and I also googled French drain and what I’m seeing under my house is nothing like he told me I should have or what I saw on google. I can’t believe you expect me to pay over $9000.00 for a small basin and sump pump that I could go to Lowe’s and buy with PVC pipe for less than $1000.00. While I’m at it they took 3 days to do what they did. They took duct tape and used it as a support on the discharge for the sump pump. They also did not glue the last piece of PVC pipe,reducer and lift valve together. They just put it all together without gluing and covered it up with dirt. I promise you I won’t pay you for anything but the termite treatment which is all I called you for to start off with. If I really need a French drain maybe I should contact someone who knows what a French drain is and can install everything properly. I thought I could trust Terminix but I definitely couldn’t recommend anyone I know to use you.
