The fact that I’m seeing the technicians not use the exact same chemicals that was used the first time is upsetting. I purchased the Best package which should allow each technician to preform the same procedure as the first technician did. All I been seeing the current ones do is spray my walls and lay a few white sticky traps out and then quickly spray around my house and not throughout my yard. The very first tech sprayed my yard to my house and also sprayed the white can as well as put out gel based dots that’s avoids the bugs to reproduce throughout my house. I’d prefer the same process each time bc it seemed the gel helped way better then just some oil running down my walls. Please have techs be sure to preform the complete tasks of the purchased package to keep a customer satisfied.
