Hi, Happy with sales & service, I feel like your product has good value, but: I was told I'd get a call to schedule services prior to monthly appointments, and last month (first month after initial sign-up) I did *not. I was under the impression that I'd get a call re: scheduling a week or so in advance at least? Anyway, the lawn was overdue for mowing, my child was trying to sleep etc, my wife has a busy schedule. It would be nice to know when further in advance. Thanks.
