Jerry's personality and knowledge of products and what helps us best is next to none! We have referred him, personally, to all of our friends and family. We received a call this week that Jerry wasn't in on our original scheduled day. I gladly waited for his return. I don't care what it takes, but you all better do whatever it takes to keep him. Too bad he couldn't be cloned. He's been the best technician, BY FAR, that we've ever had the pleasure of coming to our home. I don't trust anyone in our home that I don't know. Jerry feels like a part of our family!!!!! I'll be honest, if Jerry isn't part of your family, I don't know that Home Paramount can continue to be a part of ours!!!!!!!!!!!! Merry Christmas to all!
