Scheduling was excellent. Tech arrived on time and was very courteous. He seemed a little inexperienced but did the job. Lots of dead crickets in the garage and I was able to sit out on the front porch last night. However when I went outback today I had to spray a hornet nest which was above the deck in a bird house and still had some flying insects and a few ants. Good experience overall but service could have been more thorough and tech should have walked me through what was covered. It would also be nice if you guys would provide a pamphlet explaining services for reference.
