Home Paramount was the only company that would schedule a visit here on a rainy Saturday morning to see what was rumbling around in my Christmas Tree box in the basement...I was not a "current" customer at the others--how do you become a "current" customer without a first appointment? Robert was here on time and humanely took care of the bunny, who once outside just hopped away. Home Paramount was honest, reliable and supportive and I am very appreciative--and need to know how Peter Rabbit got in here in the first place.
