Hi. I am delighted with the service technology, and the pricing. The technician was pleasant, but his hose left several black marks on my white entry column. He tried to clean it, but that did not work. He sort of said well, sorry. I am following up with my HOA to see if they can paint over it. If they will, I may have to ask for service reimbursement. It is just a detail that will take my time to figure out how to get this fixed.
