Generally I am very well satisfied with Home Paramount, however on at least two of the last several visits, the service guy (I think Vernon on both occasions, but not sure) has arrived at least a half hour earlier than the 3-5 time slot. On this visit, I had even asked for a 30 min warning call to ensure that someone would be there to handle our dogs. I did not get a call until he was sitting in our driveway 33 minutes ahead of schedule. This is a problem for managing a work schedule. I can't leave at a drop of the hat. Also, I cannot tell that anything was done about the ants we have had in our kitchen. There were no ants on Friday, so maybe he didn't think it was needed, but this was the specific reason I had called someone to come out. I thought he would still put something in the cracks to keep from a return issue. Now if the ants return, I have to schedule another visit with more time out of work to allow him into my house.
