I sent an e-mail on Wed. late afternoon because a cleaning person came to me with info regarding mice she had encountered while cleaning the prior evening followed by a tenant who had just witnessed a mouse come into her suite from under her door. a completely different suite. I never received a call to let me know the e-mail was received or when a service person would be out. I did finally see Carlos on Friday morning, cheerful as always ready to deal with the situation. He was here for a while setting traps in the area where the little critters were spotted. He is very helpful and cares about what he does. He made sure that surrounding suites and closets were also baited. If your company had more people like Carlos you would have a gang buster company! He is a keeper!
