I recently had a new HVAC unit installed, not by Bell Cow, and it was not right. Air was blowing out the return.... but the person who installed it insisted that nothing was wrong. The technician from BellCow (who is no longer there), came out and diagnosed the problem with the ductwork. When I wanted to understand, he drew me a picture with an explanation so that I could talk it over with a friend and verify that the quote to fix it seemed reasonable. When I decided to have Bell Cow fix it, there was a mistake in scheduling, so they didn’t come the day they were supposed to. But when I called, they worked with me to re-schedule. They have come out and started the job, but had to order a part, so will have to return to finish the job. I assume all will go well.
