We have been Bug Man customers for over 12 years. We have the contract where they come 4 times a year which prevents pest problems before they happen. Their personnel are always professional, courteous and do a good job. In the 12+ years, we've had two times, that I can recall, where we called them to come back before the next scheduled treatment which they have done promptly and willingly at no charge as part of their guarantee. In all those years they have never increased our price, which we really appreciate. We've had people stop by to try to sell us pest control services, but when questioned, we've found that we're getting better service at a lower cost with Bug Man, and we are completely satisfied, have no reason to consider changing.
