I have used this company a few times in 10 years - twice for mice and once for fleas. They are prompt, courteous, and don't make you feel ashamed. I have never had them have to come back because they do such a good job getting rid of the problem the first time. Their employee Steve who came out to my house today was extremely helpful and very efficient even in a pretty large sized house. He explained everything and was very nice.
