Our technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and took great care to treat the inside and outside of our home for a first-time treatment to get rid of black wasps in my house. (Mud daubers) seems very fair and so far so good the wasps have been dying and I haven't seen any other bugs coming out.
