Whenever Ted comes to the house he is always professional and courteous and his visits are hardly noticed. I have nothing negative to say about your service, but rather a question regarding the report that is sent after each visit. I sometimes would like additional detail of the results of the visit. As example, on your most recent visit the report indicated 'Activity' at one of the stations and that the bait device was replaced, but did not indicate why this occurred and whether additional attention on my part was required. This information would be helpful in planning a course of action if needed.
