I was pleased with the fact that Mr. Jamie was familiar with the home from the initial contract. He showed and explained to me what the liquid chemical did and that it's positive that no other termite houses were created. He also informed me of what to look for in the future that may resemble the presence of termites, and if so call to schedule an appointment. He was very professional.
