hello, I appreciate the nuisance wildlife company for coming out to my home to fix my duck problem, these ducks have been using my flat roof for there home since I have been living here for 9 nine years, I used to think someone was walking on my roof, but any way this is just the first day for the job being done, from what I can the jobs was done professionally, I will do a later review when some time has passed. I understand that they guarantee there work so, if something don't work, just call and they will come back out. one other thing, I called on the day of the job to ask what time they were coming someone was suppose to call me and let me know what time, I waited and waited, I had to call a second time reception said she would tell them to give me a call, I did t received received a call the second time either, when I knew anything the guy was at the door, I feel like they could have gave me a coursey call to say they was on the way. I am very relieved I hope this works no one wants to live where the ducks are just above your head, (flat roof) laying eggs and being noisy.
