John has been the man who’s been de-pesting a friend of mine’s house. He’s very personable, polite and helps with explaining things. I believe that if the consumer doesn’t like the person that’s rendering the service, that they will already have an attitude and things will go down hill fast. Your employees are not just selling a service; they first need to sell themselves and a good attitude is very important or the experience will suffer.
