Joshua Hartley was here yesterday for the annual warranty inspection and treatment. He tap-tap-tapped all the rafter tails around the house, found just one that showed evidence of termite damage...and treated it. He inspected the attic over the garage and didn't see any evidence of termite damage....same for the main house-attic.

Joshua seems to be very knowledgeable and thorough. I believe he's been to our home several times over recent years and knows where to look for termite infestation.

I'm too old to do the kind of inspection necessary to stay ahead of termites and am very thankful to have Joshua and Kilter doing that for us.
