Actually, no one had contacted me to schedule this service call, and I was not at home at the time.
I have had a problem with wasps/hornets, and the day after the service call, they were still flying all around my house. Also, after previous visits, I could see the granules or smell the sprayed material. This time, I would not have had a clue anybody had been there, had it not been for the service record.
