Samuel, my technician, is great and he does an excellent job.
It would be nice if a scheduled...well in advance...appointment could be made ....rather than having your technicians call the day before they are coming to do your service. This scheduling of appointments in advance was what had been being done and it seems that with the last couple or three services, that scheduling of appointments has been stopped???
