I have dealt with your company since moving to the desert. I had service a week ago. I have paid for my contract for the entire year. One of the reasons I have stayed with your company is/was because of the excellent customer service. I walked out my door and a bat was over my head. Of course, that put fear in me. I contacted your company for assistance. I spoke to the tech, and several managers, to no avail. One manager tried to tell me he would send someone out the next day, but I had to pay for an "inspection" and that my contract did not cover removing a bat. However, two years ago, a tech came and the tech knocked down a bat (in the same area) and killed it. I have even told the tech that omes monthly about that situation. He has never said that I would have to pay additional funds, the company would have to do an inspection, etc, etc. Bottom line, no one came and one manager tried to rip me off. With that being said, I am canceling my contract and will let everyone on Nextdoor and Yelp know of the poor service I received. I am really disappointed and will go with a company that has respect for its long term, timely paying customers. I have even referred your company to others, but that will no longer happen. Excellent customer service is key for any business to thrive and grow.
