I paid $150 for some plugs put in my yard....on my part I was asked to water the areas daily, I am currently doing this. I have expressed concerns with the sales rep that several are dead....but he told me to wait and see what happens....I'm sorry I can tell when something is dead. I need these replaced in the areas that they are dead. I paid up front as required....now I have dead plugs in spots....why can I not get them replace???????
