I want to discontinue service. I have called multiple times and only was able go talk to some one when I pushed - set up new service - they transferred my to another department who again left me on hold and finally hung up since the on hold time was so long.
I am going to notify my bank to refuse the auto charges since I seem to be unable to speak to some one. Please escalate this message to a manager to assist with this issue.
