I have had HP since 2009 when I bought the house. The previous owners recommended HP. The last couple of years I find that the customer service, consistency, equipment and follow-up has deteriorated to the point that I am insisting on another office handle my account. I only want Brian W. and William to come to the property and they have been transferred to the Sterling office. One more chance. I have been having an issue that was elevated to corporate. We will see what the outcome of that is before I contact the owner of the company. They know what they should do. Shameful. I have had many additional services done. Plenty spent by me made out to HP. I find that the specialty technicians are really good. I do not mind them at all being at the property. Get rid of the automated calls for appointments. Interferes with good communication!
I have 3 new neighbors moving in within the next couple of months. If they asked me, at this point in time, I could not recommend HP UNLESS they insist on Brian W and William!
