I feel that my lawn is not being treated properly due to some of your inexperience technician; I have lots of brown spots that are yet to be resolved from my lawn; I called and report it from my last visit and it was not even told to the tech that was coming to do my lawn; Please get someone to take care of it or may be I'll try another company to help me get rid of them.
