5 stars! Spectrum and Brad were fantastic during a really challenging time. I had tons of questions and Brad took the time to answer each one and make sure we were prepared each step of the process. We had several sprays from another company which didn't seem to each touch the core issue. I immediately felt hopeful after the first treatment with Brad and knew that we had made the right choice. This is such a difficult problem and I was so glad to have found Spectrum. Brad is truly wonderful.
