I had my very first contact and then service with Viking for a Carpenter Ant problem and have nothing to say other than my experience was really great. The office personnel I spoke to first were very polite, understanding and helpful. Stephen, the representative who did the inspection and then the treatment, was outstanding. None of my contact was in person, just over the telephone, but I felt very confident that I was being treated in a respectful way and was not being taken advantage of since I was out of the state and they could try to sell me more than I needed.
