I would like to have given 5 stars, service people were great as well as the termnte contractor.

There were a couple issues:
1) Termite contractor showed up to job and did not have the latest/updated report of work to be done; 2) We chose local treatment which the contract stated would be a) a termiticide to be used, or b) a foam solution may also be injected in wall and/or ceiling voids if deemed necessary. I believe this would have been the best solution for one of my spots. The contractor had no idea what the later was and said he had never used it in the 7 years he worked for Premier. So why do does Premium list it in the contract?
