Technicians listened intently to all of our pest problems. Then they did a detailed inspection of our residence inside and out. They explained to us what they were going to do then proceeded with their plan. After completion, they outlined again what they did and gave us tips on keeping pests at bay. They also guaranteed us that they would return if we had any problems with our service. They were friendly, knowledgeable and well-mannered. We are very pleased with their service.
