I am quite confused. I have been with this co. since moving in this house 24 years ago. The technician yesterday cited work needed coming to $10,000 another moisture barrier, I got one a few years ago. In one year? I know I need the sealing up of vents but I'm at a loss at the rest and I have no income other than my civil service retirement! The man was very courteous but either he was right and the others did not check competently or I'm being fleeced.
