There is something about those spikes that you put in the ground for termites that dogs are attracted to an causes them to dig them up. I had a wire pulled out of the ground because of this and I told the technician that my dog digs. I had to use stones to cover each of them up as well as the second technician put rocks over each spot. Don't know yet if this well take care of the problem.
