I've been with Terminix for almost 20 years and the local technicians and reps have been great. Recently I found out my termite contract had been lapsed since last June. I was still paying for pest control and somehow didn't notice I didn't get a quarterly bill for termites. The person I talked to in Fayetteville said a conversion packet was sent to me that I have no recollection of receiving. Instead of treating me like a 20-year customer he acted like I had been negligent. I was already looking into a new vendor when your local person contacted me. He and the technician who came by a few days later reminded me the local operation is in good hands. I can't say that about the home office.
