The person who takes care of our house when we are not here notified us that there was a problem with a number of brown spots in our front and back yards. I believe I made an email inquiry to your offices as to what was the problem. When we arrived back in early November, we were surprised at the extent of the problem with our lawn under your care. Speaking with your technician, we were informed that he was new on the account because the previous technician was let go. Needless to say, we are disappointed with the state of our lawn and can only hope for a rapid recovery.
