Last summer, Griggs & Browne responded quickly to a problem with bedbugs in one of our apartments. The issue was resolved. When we have our periodic mice problem, Griggs & Browne responded to my call. Issue resolved again.
I was happy to learn that G & B would be emailing the "yellow" service invoices instead of mailing them. Hopefully, they will be emailed to coincide with billing!
All in all,as a long time customer, I have been satisfied with its service.
